They did a great job assessing.What was wrong with my truck and giving me an estimate service was prompt and fast very professional.However, there were some charges on there.I didn't care for like shop materials, fifty bucks.But at least my truck was fixed every time they've ever fixed it.And as long as you have the money, they're a great garage
It's okay for a dealership
I needed work on my 2015 Chevy Volt and had heard good things about Hancock Chevrolet so I decided to have it towed there. I was very happy with the communication and the promptness of service. Most of all, my car runs great! Would not hesitate to use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
The manager Gary was such a great help in finding the truck our family needed. He was very kind and considerate of what we were looking for. We will definitely be back!
