We stopped at Hancock Chevrolet when our Equinox broke down in the middle of a 10 hour road trip. We were lucky to make it there safely around 4:00 pm, shortly before their closing time. We explained our situation, and they stopped what they were doing, checked our car, and repaired it all within half an hour. They were so incredibly fair, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Perfect in every way! We purchased a new 2025 Equinox Activ from Dylan. He was so helpful in answering all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision.
