Wow, what a great experience I had with company: Hancock Brothers Plumbers! No one wants plumbing trouble, especially a rotted sewer line, but that is exactly what I was dealing with at my home in Kansas City. Excellent plumbing service overall. Our issue was not an emergency, but the clogged septic line needed quick attention. I called early in the morning, and mason and gregory arrived fast. They carefully tried several troubleshooting steps first so they would not have to jump straight to removing the toilet to clear the blockage. My first review was 2 stars because the first plumbing leak check did not find the right spot. We dug up about ten feet of irrigation line and there was no leak there. After I posted that, the owner reached out right away and sent Douglas back to inspect the whole system again. This is a large and complicated plumbing and irrigation setup with 24 zones, older steel pipe, newer poly pipe, and long underground runs across the property. I was a little skeptical at first because of all the 5-star reviews, but I really needed help when the toilet, kitchen, and shower were all backing up into the basement utility sink.
