I called out a plumber to my place in Kansas City to replace my water heater because it was leaking badly from the bottom of the tank. Mason showed up right on time, was really professional, and clearly knew a lot about plumbing. He took the time to explain different types of water heaters and shared some helpful tips on how I can take care of mine so it lasts longer. In just about two hours, I had hot water running again.
