We got an appointment scheduled very quickly, and the next day our severely clogged kitchen sink was completely fixed. The plumbing company kept us updated with calls—first letting us know the plumber would be a little late, and then giving us a heads up when he was on his way. Gregory, the plumber, figured out the issue right away, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. Our rental property in Kansas City had a clogged sewer line. We called for help late in the afternoon after our tenant let us know about the problem. I recently ran into a plumbing issue during my kitchen remodel in Kansas City when the shark valve I put in to replace a water valve under my sink started leaking.
