Ben in the service department has worked diligently to get out Suzuki motors up and running. It has been a challenge, but he is on it! Also, Celeste in the parts department has been a big help. Thank you to everyone at Hanckel for dealing with Suzuki and me to get our boat back in the water. I know we will be up and running soon!
This place has become my go-to for Yamaha parts. Sure you can get cheaper parts on the internet...sometimes...but Hankel does way more then sell you a part. They patiently answer questions, indulge (humor) my desire to better understand my boat and my engine and go out of their way to save me money and offer practical advice. More then once, I've been all set to buy an expensive component from them and they have talked me out of it. That is true customer service.
THANK YOU Jesse for making it super easy to find the perfect boat for our family and for taking the extra time to take us on the water this morning to teach us all out our new boat. The entire process was super easy and we are excited to get on the water this weekend!

Recently purchased a Sportsman Masters 207 and can't say enough about the support from Hanckel Marine. From sales to service, I felt like I was being looked out for and have full confidence in Hanckel having my back if I ever need it. When making a new boat purchase, if dealer support is not high on your list, it should be...it really make a difference. They also outfit your boat really well with safety equipment at no additional cost. Highly recommend!
