Lived on a Hance property for almost 5 years. Charles was wonderful in helping me through the initial lease process and that is where the great service ends. Would have to request repairs several times through the portal. Requested repairs or for wear & tear to be documented during annual walk-throughs and there would be zero follow up. First off let me say at first we really enjoyed Hance Realty and Mr. Charles. However, we were military and we had to break our lease. They stated that they didn't see that the orders were accompanied so all of us were going. They wanted us to stay while my husband was leaving. Then a day before our lease renewal they told us we had to sign it or we had 30 days to be out when we had been trying to contact them but hadn't heard from them.
