Lived on a Hance property for almost 5 years. Charles was wonderful in helping me through the initial lease process and that is where the great service ends. Would have to request repairs several times through the portal. Requested repairs or for wear & tear to be documented during annual walk-throughs and there would be zero follow up. Moved out at the end of April and am just now getting my security deposit processed. I paid a $600 non-refundable pet deposit plus an additional $1,900 deposit.
