First off let me say at first we really enjoyed Hance Realty and Mr. Charles. However, we were military and we had to break our lease. They stated that they didn't see that the orders were accompanied so all of us were going. They wanted us to stay while my husband was leaving. Then a day before our lease renewal they told us we had to sign it or we had 30 days to be out when we had been trying to contact them but hadn't heard from them. Hance Realty by far in one of the best real estate agencies I have ever been blessed to come across. Back in October 19, 2016 we were blessed enough to stumble across them after a trial of failed attempts.
