Couldnt ask for a better landlord. Renting from Mr. Hanby is easy and hassle free. Had only a couple things that needed fixing, one was a water heater that broke and he was there super quick to fix the issue. He took care of things and was very respectful of privacy. Very professional. If you are moving to San Angelo and need a realtor or landlord, I highly recommend Hanby Realty.
I'll be honest, I'm not the easiest buyer when it comes to real estate. It took us over 4 months to find something the wife and I both like and Rick never once tried to push us in a home or tried to expedite the process. He truly wanted his clients happy with the house they buy. He doesn't just point on the great things about a house but also some of the things that you should watch out for.
