Nikki got all of the items I brought addressed. Very efficient and professional experience all around. My only regret was not doing something on this sooner. Have already recommended to several friends and family members as well. I had communication through the process both over the phone and emails as well.
Krykit was fantastic! From the moment I called she was prepared to assist me. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed as I wasn’t sure. Krykit was very attentive to what I said and didn’t try to push or try to sell me more than I needed. She was able to save me $60 month getting the same insurance and then some! She was patient while I decided and then worked with me on getting everything that was needed. I would highly recommend her and Hanby Insurance!
