8/10/2021: Could not even get through on the phone for over an hour to make an appointment. Only one person was fielding calls for the entire bank of doctors. Was put on a wait list for September. Third world service. Doctors and staff are extraordinarily time pressured.
have been going to volvo medical for over ten years,last year my doctor left and was told another doctor would take her place in january. i needed one of my precriptions refilled. i knew t would have to make an appointment,when i called i was told i would have to be as a new patient they gave me a 30 day refill,but i would still have to wait until dec for an appointment,so i can not get any refills until my appointment. i did not change the doctor did. higly unprofessional more concerned about the money and not the patient.... read more
Dr. Jefferson has been my primary care physician for many years. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has treated me for numerous health concerns, all with positive outcomes.
Doc I seen suck, 1st. Thing come out of her mouth was she was limited what she can do , with me beening seen on a Sunday, she did nothing , the nurse was more of a help then the doctor, NURSE order a scan at lake view, was told by doctor if I wanted an explanation of the scan I would have to make another appointment...this place is a joke, I will never go there again...when all was said And done went to Bon scours ER And was told I had kidney stones
