Terrible medical care. Won’t refill your medication in a timely manner (Dr.Jean Casillan). Doesn’t respond to pharmacy requests. Was told they’d refill my medication for a year after the last visit. Lies. I guess they just want me to have a heart attack. This is the second time. The first time I was going out of the country, followed up on refill requests 2 weeks prior. Wasn’t able to get prescriptions in time for the trip. This office should not be allowed to practice medicine. Will be going elsewhere, sadly. Been there f... read more

I have had Dr Loomis for many years as my doctor. She is a wonderful doctor. Even after I moved farther away I still drive to see her.
I love Dr Lap, her nurse Jessica and check in clerk, Lauren. This is a dynamic trio. Lauren is efficient, friendly, helpful. When she left the office for a while- the front desk fell apart. But once you got through that- nurse Jessica checks you in in her friendly , knowledgeable manor. Dr Lap is attentive, kind, smart- she found issues with my blood that had been overlooked by my previous primary doctor. I have recently moved to Texas and really miss this trio. My OBGYN is a good doctor but Lakeview Medical Center is doing everything to rip the patient off. I had two blood work (Estrodiol and FSH) requested by Dr. Demkowski and he suggested that have them done at their facility; Lakeview Medical Center on Bridge road. They collected my blood and sent it to Labcorp. I am an out-of-pocket patient since I dropped my insurance off 2 months ago (I can't afford $35,000 annual insurance cost for my family anymore) and I already got a quote about how much the cost of those blood tests ... read more
8/10/2021: Could not even get through on the phone for over an hour to make an appointment. Only one person was fielding calls for the entire bank of doctors. Was put on a wait list for September. Third world service. Doctors and staff are extraordinarily time pressured.
have been going to volvo medical for over ten years,last year my doctor left and was told another doctor would take her place in january. i needed one of my precriptions refilled. i knew t would have to make an appointment,when i called i was told i would have to be as a new patient they gave me a 30 day refill,but i would still have to wait until dec for an appointment,so i can not get any refills until my appointment. i did not change the doctor did. higly unprofessional more concerned about the money and not the patient.... read more
Dr. Jefferson has been my primary care physician for many years. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has treated me for numerous health concerns, all with positive outcomes.
Doc I seen suck, 1st. Thing come out of her mouth was she was limited what she can do , with me beening seen on a Sunday, she did nothing , the nurse was more of a help then the doctor, NURSE order a scan at lake view, was told by doctor if I wanted an explanation of the scan I would have to make another appointment...this place is a joke, I will never go there again...when all was said And done went to Bon scours ER And was told I had kidney stones
