Hanasho is a sushi experience that you will not forget anytime soon. Suzuki takes a very traditional and disciplined approach to his food and it is a real treat to experience. Everything that comes across the sushi bar is amazing and the traditional Japanese food they do is the most authentic you will find in the metroplex. Hanasho is tucked away inside a generic strip mall in Irving, and while its unassuming exterior may not impress, inside is a hidden gem with authentic Japanese cuisine and the best sushi in the DFW area at reasonable prices. I give Hanasho my highest recommendation.
Service was good. The food was really good and very big portions. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.
Very friendly and authentic Japanese food. I love their green tea and red bean ice cream. Yum!
