Here at Hanabi, we pride ourselves in offering only the freshest fish that Middle Tennessee has to offer. Unlike some of the other restaurants in the Brentwood area our sushi grade fish is NEVER frozen and we are very proud of that fact. Please don't hesitate to ask either Helen or Andrew for anything you might need while you dine at Hanabi!

Sushi and ishiyaki!!!
This is the only place in town that I've found that has fresh, wonderful onigiri! Try the salmon onigiri -- it's so good!!
Make sure your sushi is fresh. Today while sitting at the bar I notice everything was pre-cut ("fresh" fish)!!!
This place looks so romantic, that is why I am going to take my better half here this Friday and enjoy a dinner with candles and wine.

Ask for avocado & cucumber deep fried!!!!!! It melts in your mouth! We are going for the second dish.
