I didn’t like the taste of anything there. the teas, hot and cold were also not good, bitter. Regular and green ones. I’m sorry if this is a small business but the quality was not there for me, I would not recommend it to my friends.. it did not taste fresh either
I got their spicy salmon and spicy tuna and it is solid! I came across this place randomly looking for lunch and I’m so happy I did because I work right around the corner. Staff if super friendly. Quality sushi for a very reasonable price
I always come to this place for tonkotsu ramen. I’ve known this restaurant for over 14 years and they have changed many owners and names but the food quality is still there However, in some of my recent orders, the tonkotsu slices were quite burnt. My only comment is: please check/clean your grill
IchiUmi is an amazing place that me and my family has come back to time and time again. It's always been delicious, with the food hot and well made, and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. They are always attentive, kind, and quick. Tonight, we had Rudy, who was AMAZING. I have never thrown away sushi until now. The shrimp tempura was overcooked but edible. I threw away some of the scallop fever. I couldnt finish it and I tried. I tried to fix it by scraping away the sweet potato crunch. While the flavor improved, it was still off. The salmon roe sashimi was my biggest disappointment. Putting the roe on top of cucumber and under 4 slices of lemon is an interesting choice. There isn't a pic of it on the app I used so I didnt know. All I could taste was lemony cucumber.
