We’ve been here 4 times because the groupon for 90 mins couples massage with chocolate and champagne is cheap, but it’s not a great massage or experience, each time it got worse so we’re not coming back. Today, the towels smelled really bad and they spend way too much time rubbing you with those towels before and after the “massage” you, and the towels are lukewarm. My first experience in this place was when it was called Susan's Skin Care, now it's called Hana's skin care. The first time I came here, I had an okay experience. I visited this location a second time a couple years later, and the business has changed their name from Susan to Hana's Skin Care. I got the same service I got the first time I came there. The quality of the service had decreased. I doubt they sanitize their facial equipments after each client. The massage work was uneven; they would massage one side of the body ... read more

Incredible. Not your typical shiatsu massage, but it was great, loved the facial add on, and the bubbly at the end! Very nice! Couldn’t ask for more.
