Hana and Jennifer do incredible jobs with acrylic nails, they are polite, respectful, and always ensure the customer is getting exactly what they want. Have been going here for over a year and a half and have never had a bad experience or been dissatisfied with the quality of services.
I've been getting my salon nails done at Hana Nails for years. I've always been treated with respect. They have always done a good job. I highly recommend them!
My granddaughters went to Hana Nails and never want to go back. They got burned and got stranded in the process. Every time a new customer walked in the server would leave them and focus on the next customer. We wanted red, white, and blue for 4th of July and they gave us all white. My second grandchild wanted white and one nail was neon green. Tubs overflowing and awful customer service. $87 wasted.
Jimmy did my pedicure. He did not listen and was rude. He showed clear aggression when I asked him to clip my nails shorter multiple times. He ignored me when I asked questions. The girl who did my dipped nails was kind, and I could tell she was trying her best. Unfortunately, my dipped nails were bumpy and poorly shaped. I will not be returning.
Hannah is the best! I have been going to Hannah for many years, and she consistently does an amazing job with both manicures and pedicures. She is not only talented, but also a great listener and a genuinely caring person. Hannah knows how to run a successful business.
