Tracy is the best!
Nail tech redid my nails three times while in the salon. She was very frustrated and the customer service was awful. I attempted to receive a refund due to my nails (gel) falling off that evening and was denied. See pictures.
I have been going to this salon over a year. Hana is amazing. She never turned down any design I wanted her to do. She is very thorough and professional. The salon is very clean and everybody is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend it.
The top of my feet are raw from sugar and hot stone rubbing together like sandpaper ripping my skin off. Today raw and red and hurting. I didnt feel the heat from the stone bc there was to much sugar in between tearing me to shreds. Was in amd hot in 35 mins with a pedicure and shellac.
