Incredible service. Although the owner and the worker at that time can hardly speak English, they still did their best to give me a good time at the establishment.
The owner/lead technician was very nice and welcoming, but unfortunately the person who did my manicure was unfriendly. She also cut my cuticles way too much, leaving multiple cuts on several of my fingers.
Exceptional service, although there is a bit of a language "gap", Hana tries her best to accommodate for it and never make it a language barrier.
The staff is not welcoming. We confirmed to make sure we could go at the same time and Hana pushed the second person back and wouldn’t make eye contact to communicate with us. She had her colleague answer for her even though she was the one that took the appointment
I love it!! Staff is always warm and welcoming. And I’m so happy with my manicure. What I had to do was pick out the colors I had in mind and try them out and found my “color”—Love love love it! Hana is the best👌🏽#62
