Best Japanese food I have ever eaten. A group of friends and I took the advice of a chef at Kendell Jackson Winery and stopped at Hana's for the chef's special dinner. Course after course of delicious Japanese food. VERY FRESH. I don't even like oysters but the Bay oysters were fantastic. Love this place. If I lived closer, I would work there.
World Class Sushi - Four Star Table Service Sushi is World Class. Five Stars for all things at the Sushi Bar - chefs, freshness, variety, preparation. But only Four Stars (Even Three at times) for table service & non-sushi items. Waiters vary in degree of knowledge about menu items - or Japanese cuisine, and in their experience & ability to provide respectful, quality table service. Food is attractively served. Donburi dishes were dry - lacking something. . . .
chef's choice is an adventure We had the chef's choice dinner and it was a full 8 course meal including bay oysters and lots of things I couldn't identify. The service was really great. This restaurant was recommended to us and we were very satisfied.
Best Sushi North of SF Fabulous sushi find in the sleepy town of Rohnert Park. I'm spoiled by living near Japantown in SF and Hana is in a strip mall next to the Double Tree - not something one would discover by accident, but I see now it has plenty of fans to spread the word. . . Nice selection of very fresh fish. I'd venture to guess it's the best sushi north of the city.

City Quality Japanese Food South of Santa Rosa – You will not know where you are when you step inside.
