Another amazing evening at Hana tonight! Chef did not want me to have the last of the toro so he cut a fresh new belly! WOW it was delicious so soft and buttery with the taste of the sea � Tried the tako yaki , octopus had the salty chew with a creamy batter that left me wanting more. Great wait staff that moved with the precision of a drill team. Saw Lilly pop in to make sure everybody was happy � And we were! Our favorite restaurant! I actually brought my wife here before I asked her to marry me, we love it that much. Favorites include the gyu don nabe, uni shooters and the ramen!
As I posted on Yelp, this is the best place for fish that I've found in Phoenix. My wife and I have tried a lot of sushi places in Phoenix but never found a place we liked. After seeing Hana on PBS8's Check Please, we rushed here to see if they were as good as the review. Boy o' Boy....although the price is not the cheapest in town, it's not the most expensive either and the service is great. Don't hesitate to try this place. And when the server suggests something, try it. They haven't steered me wrong yet.
I am in love with Hana! My husband and i have have been going there since just after we met nearly 12 years ago! The sushi of course is the star, but the overall experience that the owners of this fun neighborhood spot provide to all of us that go there is fantastic! The staff couldn't be more attentive and they genuinely care about your experience with them. See you soon guys!

Best sushi in Phoenix! Staff is very friendly and food is served super fast. Wouldn't go any other place for Japanese or sushi.
