Great, reliable, and super responsive customer service!
Hana was a great factor to be with before COVID and they were very honorable in taking care of their clients during and after COVID. Now that we are beyond the pandemic, the team at Hana is even better than before as not only are they still very professional but now there is a different level of empathy from them with respect to our needs and requirements and making it all workout. We could not have been happier being part of the Hana family.
Staff member Marie C is very rude and unprofessional. She is very narcissistic and it’s sad how she represents Hana Financial, Inc.
