Hana Designs was a wonderful experience, Her consultant, Dianna was knowledgeable and patient in showing me different colors and styles until I found the perfect fit for me. From there, Hana herself applied her expertise to style it exactly the way I wanted. Customer service was over the top. Very welcoming and friendly. Great assortment as well. Hana Design has my highest recommendation.
Hana really is a kind hearted giving woman. Her shop is amazing as well. My personal experience wasn’t favorable however. I have a $1500 human hair wig that I will never wear ! I felt rushed from the beginning and felt it was always too much hair and not the style for me. I went 3 times to try to get it more to my style. Hana is a very busy lady and honestly I felt uncomfortable to call her again about the look of the wig. I did buy a synthetic wig from her that I am very pleased with. The most caring and knowledgeable beautician – Easily the most caring and knowledgeable beautician in the area. She works with you until she's sure you have exactly what you want and need and never tries to sell you something you don't want. If you haven't visited yet -- do so now. The range of services is awesome and the personal attention is beyond belief! Even though I mostly do my own dying, etc. I would go to her for any professional service I need. I'm a believer!
