Good except for the building wide bug infestation
I am a disabled tenant living at Hana Place Apartments (101 6th Ave S, Seattle, WA), managed by Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) — and this has been one of the most unsafe, unsanitary, and mismanaged buildings I’ve ever lived in. At this point management they don't care if homeless are being let into the building on purpose and drug dealers are living there selling drugs on the property. (2025 there was a shooting between two people in the building last night and guessing management didn't do a background check on that resident and making it not safe for everyone in the building at this point) (2021 a resident made threats to other residents and citizens outside passing by the main entrance to the point swat came in and use flash bangs to arrest him ... read more
I am a current resident and feel it’s important for future tenants to know the reality of living here. This building has had a long-standing pest infestation. Despite my repeated reports (at least four times), my unit has only been treated reactively when I see another bug. No preventative follow-up treatments have been done. Pest control has never inspected or treated the entire building, even though this is a single-building complex, which means the infestation can (and does) travel through walls and vents from any unit. I’ve been living here for 3 years now it starting to go down the drain. They accept anybody people do drugs in the hallway stole your carpet mat in front of your door the new management sucks and I feel like he’s harassing me if I were you, I would not move into these apartment cause it’s down the toilet… it’s not safe here nor nice . I can’t wait to move from here …
