Waited an hour in the waiting room while people with appointments 45 minutes after mine are being seen. Easily 10 people while I was left alone in the waiting room. Watched patients taken in and then walk out. Listening to the staff gossip about other patients. One coughed the word "incest" at a specific patient as they walked away. Given attitude anytime I call asking for an appointment and absolutely no customer service skills. Laughed at because I didn't want my flu shot because I had a viral illness.
