Horrible. I am an established patient with this doctor. I was in waiting room for 40 minutes. Ask receptionist I doctor could see me early and she said we will see if we can get you in soon. She sat there and made no effort to get me in early. She sat at her chair and did nothing for 10 minutes. My appointment time passed. People got there after me and went in before me. "Switch to new PCP under my Medicare HMO advantage plan. And wanted to meet the physicians within the practice group before changing to a new doctor. I have a complicated medical history and need a physician/clinician that is skilled above that of a general or family practitioner. Waited an hour in the waiting room while people with appointments 45 minutes after mine are being seen. Easily 10 people while I was left alone in the waiting room. Watched patients taken in and then walk out. Listening to the staff gossip about other patients. One coughed the word "incest" at a specific patient as they walked away. Given attitude anytime I call asking for an appointment and absolutely no customer service skills. Laughed at because I didn't want my flu shot because I had a viral illness.
