Do not sign the contract! These people are trying to charge 50% of what is owned when trying to cancel even during these trying times with COVID going on. Money hungry people.. just awful!
These people really want to charge to cancel a contract doing COVID, half of the contract amount. After explaining that I have someone elderly at home they said they can charge instead 40%. On top of that they kept charging my account while everything was shut down and said those charges wouldn’t be put towards the cancellation.
