Just making the appointment was a chore. Our daughter could not continue to hold as she had a plane to catch. My husband called for her and after being on hold for more than 20 minutes I called from my phone. My call was answered right away as my husband continued to be on hold with the annoying message of "thank you for your patience...." When we asked the woman why this happened she, of course, had no answer or offered an apology, or any acknowledgement that the situation is exasperating. Horrible practice. Was accused of being a drug addict and hypochondriac, when I have documentation of my chronic illness. Will never go back, due to Dr. Martin's dismissive attitude. Went elsewhere and was able to get the Medicine I need, plus referrals to places that may help me.
