Working with Dr Kim was wonderful! HSS is a fantastic facility and the entire staff went above and beyond for my stay/procedure.
I had spine surgery fusion by Dr. HanJo Kim and he answered and explained all my questions during our journey. His staff was excellent and on point with my healing process. I've recommended 3 fellow NYPD friends to him. He gave me back my life.
Dr. Kim is hands down the best spinal surgeon at HSS. He gave. Me my life back after I had shattered a vertebra and other doctors were reluctant to operate (I'm a 57 year old woman - many assumed it was just osteoporosis, which it is not). He fixed by broken spine, installed hardware (2 vertebrae up and 2 down) and I can now do everything I did before my accident.
He’s a great surgeon and a great person. He really zeroed in on my needs and concerns.
I highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone suffering from back pain. His expertise and experience are truly unmatched. I am deeply grateful for the care he provided—words cannot fully express my appreciation. Thanks to him, I feel like I've been given a new lease on life.
