It was my first time here, it was a great experience. I had an appointment so my wait want long, the staff is friendly and courtesy, Kaitlyn is great and very attentive, helped my with my insurance and billing questions. Doctor Pauline Han, is the best. I would highly recommend this establishment for your optometry needs. Two thumbs up!

i am not a doctor. i am a customer worth over twenty years of dealing with experts in various field including doctors. i also fixes a lot of systems doctors and dentist uses, also personally dealt with difficulties or conflicts between regular doctors, specialists doctors, and insurance. it could get difficult for patients and at no fault of the doctor. regarding this office: as with many vietnamese doctors office i had serviced. employee are not good at customer service. poor comprehension of english, and industry. if any i... read more

The doctor is very good and special doctor Joanne is very kind she is listening to you and answering questions you ask and all Nursing is very nice thanks for take care

Dr. Huy Han and his employees are not only RUDE, but very unorganized. I wanted a flu shot but Dr. Huy Han had run out. Instead, they told me to go to a CVS and pay put of pocket. I called my insurance and they told me that I needed an approval from my primary doctor if I were to receive a flu shot somewhere else other than the primary doctor. I went to Dr. Huy Han's office to get the approval. When Dr. Huy Han's employee handed me the approval, it told me that I would have to go all the way to Bakersfield (2 hours away from... read more
