Several days after their dental work, my gum area still suffer from severe soreness and swelling due to inadequate handling. I never expected a normal check could cause this much pain. Definitely will not see the dentist anymore.
We had a good experience with Dr. Han, but the front desk staff member, Jennifer, was neither nice nor easy to reach. Every time I called, she would hang up extremely fast—often before I could finish asking my questions—as if she didn't want to be bothered. It was really frustrating.
