Writing on behalf of my grandfather who has been in the "care" of Dr Han for some time and I'm happy to say we will NEVER be seeing him again. My grandpa is a stage 4 throat cancer survivor and has been suffering with aspirational pneumonia off and on for years, to the point where he required a PEG tube for eating. Hope you don’t have plans because this office will spoil them. 40 minute waiting times to receive 120 seconds of care. Since my deviated septum surgery my allergies are on the loose and I get 4 times as many sinus infections as I used to. If surgery is “recommended” definitely think twice.
I waited several weeks for this appointment and left feeling completely dismissed. I went in with severe ear wax impaction that has significantly affected my hearing and caused ongoing issues. My concerns were not properly addressed, and my CT scan which clearly states I have something going on was completely brushed off. Dr. Dennis Han was my doctor and he schedule me for an MRI because I had loss hearing in my right ear. After the MRI was completed, I schedule an appointment with Dr. Han to get the results and a treatment plan to improve my hearing. I arrived on time for my appointment and I had to wait along time in the waiting area as well as in his office to finally see him.
