Dr. Han is one of the best ENT I have ever seen and he treated me when I had issues with sinus and check up on my thyroid. I was prepared and hoping to see him again for thyroid issues because he’s known to be one of the best doctors in the area for dealing treating and removing thyroid, I was just shocked to find out. He was not working in his office and it doesn’t seem right for such a well qualified doctor. My son has seen him. Is an adult looking for help with his sleep study. Was in the waiting room an hour. The doctor came into the room and talked for 15 seconds. Shoved in otoscope in my ear really hard and told me to go see a different doctor. The whole visit was less than 30 seconds. I wanted to ask him questions about my ear and he basically refused. He definitely did not show any care, compassion or anything that resembled a good doctor, nothing.
Good Drs but expect to wait 30 mins past your appointment times to see the Dr everytime
I’m not sure if they overbook their patients but everytime my son has an appointment we wait hours to be seen. Arrived early in hopes to be seen on time and boy was that a disappointment! Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. How is this patient care?!
My sister felt like she was intruding during her ear cleaning...5-8 minutes. Very impersonal. He rushed out with no goodbye. Went to another Dr. that said my ears weren't even cleaned. I won't recommend! P.S. Responding for my sister!
