First time here, and I love it.
I had a very disappointing experience here. The customer service was unacceptable from the moment I walked in. I stood waiting for several minutes without a single employee acknowledging me. Instead, an associate began helping a customer who had entered after I did. When I politely interrupted to explain that I had been waiting and was simply there to pick up my order, the associate silently pushed my bag toward me without offering an apology or even acknowledging what had happened.
