Dr..Khalid is great great bedside manner just very pleasant. But the hospital staff don't get me wrong they were very kind but the condition i was left in was very inappropriate and idk just inhumane and embarrassing and unprofessional the condition i found myself in when I woke up!!!! Not good but Dr. Khalid is great.
Meeting Dr Hamza Khalid was a courtesy! He was very patient in explaining the procedure and gave me a sense of calm. All of his staff were great! Can't say getting a colonoscopy is exciting but they definitely made it better than I ever expected! The nurse staff was patient. I felt very comfortable and would recommend this practice to anyone!
Dr. Khalid has a wonderful bedside manner. He listens to what you say, express's his concerns and even goes beyond. Highly recommend him.
I was supposed to receive a call from Dr. Khalid regarding test results from a procedure i had and STILL have not heard from him or his assistant. The nurse has sent messages to this provider and still nothing. Very unprofessional. Will be utilizing a different facility and provider for issues regarding my esophagus. Never again. Awful. The nurse assisting me was wonderful but never again at this facility or with Dr. Khalid. I really don't want to think this is a race issue but it definitely seems and feels like it.
It was a really good experience .
