Jay is an awesome owner and has hired very knowledgeable and kind staff. Today during my stop there I had to make extra keys. i had house paint mixed there for Artwork, the guy talked on the phone most of the 1/2 it took to mix. I ordered a dark red "Ruby Slippers" it was called. It was FUSHIA. They refunded my money, when I wanted them to fix it. Both he and the cashier were rude. I left and went to Home Depot. Not only was the paint less expensive, the 20 something employee was polite and said if it's wrong we try to fix it. I've been shopping at ACE since the late 1970's, trying to keep local businesses alive. It wasn't appreciated at this ACE.
