We have seen Dr. Ramkumar and her staff many times over the past 10 years and have always been satisfied. Dr. Ramkumar is very, VERY thorough. Even when the radiologist found nothing wrong when my son fell and hurt his elbow, her office wasn't satisfied and referred us to an orthopedic surgeon who found a hairline fracture where the elbow rotates. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room.
