Condescending to both her new staff and myself. I made sure that my records we sent prior to my appointment and she didn’t bother to look at them. When I asked if she received them she said she would check. She came back and said they were too long. Recorded incorrect sxs (ie “this should help with your insomnia”. I’ve never experienced insomnia). She ordered blood work without a prior authorization that would have cost $600. Luckily the lab tech had me contact my insurance beforehand. Dr Subramanian goes the extra mile and is truly an expert’s expert on allergies and hives! She is so nice!
I am 70 years old. One year ago I was tested, diagnosed and began weekly allergy shots. I am now on a maintenance dosage and have noticed a significant improvement in my allergy/asthma symptoms. Appointments are easy to schedule, insurance is uncomplicated and the staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Subramanian does not waste time but she listens carefully and allows plenty of time for discussing treatment options and addressing questions. I am very pleased with my treatment and the improvement in my respiratory health.
I am so grateful to have found Dr Subramanian. She is a very knowledgeable doctor. I was ready to give up on any doctor to help with my problem but within a week she saw that I had eosinophilia asthma and had a treatment started right away. Just recently I had difficulty ordering my shot Fasenra and I called her for help and she had a shot ready for my appointment and made sure I have one for my next visit. I have the eosinophils under control thanks to her. She is amazing and I appreciate her so much.
Dr. Subramanian is a very thorough and caring professional. She takes the time to explain my conditions and talks with me about my treatment plan. She and her staff are very friendly every time I have an appointment. Wonderful experience.
The receptionist and office staff is very rude! When asking a question their tone and response is very demeaning. The doctor is great but often times I feel rushed and that is not a comfortable feeling. The staff is not helpful and not welcoming.
Dr. Subramanian is very knowledgeable, tentative and treat you with respect she makes it very comfortable to discuss your situation.
Dr. Subramanian is very thorough in her examination of your allergies. She explains in detail her recommendations for your care. She will answer all your questions thoroughly.
Dr Subramanian takes sufficient time with me at every visit, I never feel like I am being rushed. She explains everything throughly and even found problems with one of my medications that my primary care Dr should have seen and addressed but didn't. I would definitely recommend Dr Subramanian
