The apartment I saw was pretty. The only staff member that was pleasant to me was Raquel. I saw the apartment and fell in love with it. Before applying I had to have a certain income requirement which is normal 2.5x the rent. But what they didn’t tell me is that they approve by ENDING BALANCE on bank statements.
