The corporate won't let the Management team and maintenance do there job The manager Terry is a wonderful person and is very knowledgeable about her work if she was given a chance to submit her ideas 💡 Hamptons would definitely be 5 stars!! Keep your head up Terry and Jim that were it all is keep up everything that you do for the residents at the Hampton God bless you
Just based on my coming into the office. They wasn't welcoming. Lady at the desk didn't even speak just kept her head down. And David wasn't chipper and welcoming either. Customer service is key!!!!! No matter who's going into your office. You are the face of FWM and you should act accordingly.
