First of all, Merillat cabinets are not the best quality...in my opinion. If you must buy Merillat, be prepared to contact the company to get parts. There are so many parts that tend to fall off those cabinets-you might as well stock up. This really has nothing to do with Hampton's. They actually carry many high quality cabinets. Merillat is their low-end line. I've always had really good luck with Hampton's-they have a very nice group of people working for them.
We bought Merillat cabinets from Hampton's. We've had multiple hardware problems, including broken hinges & rail holders. Hampton's doesn't carry replacement parts, and refused to order them for us. Instead, they gave us a Merillat number to call. If you must buy Merillat cabinets, you might as well shop by price. Don't expect to get any service after the sale from Hamptons.
