While the rent is cheap, which was pretty good. You pay for what you get. I had to move out due to getting a job in a different city and they wanted to charge me over 1,000 for breaking the lease early. The maintanance people were lazy, I had a leak in my ceiling and all they did was spray paint the ceiling. After it continued to rain more spots showed up on the ceilings. I lived at The Hamptons for several months and while I will have to disagree with the fact that the employees are unfriendly, I will agree with the fact that the apartment is certainly NOT worth looking into. At first glance, the apartment seems cozy and secluded, however, I quickly found out how UNSAFE the area is when I had both my cars broken into within a month of each other... For your sake and the sake of your car insurance, do NOT rent from The Hamptons at Country Park!
Went to view the apartments and was greeted with no kindness only horrible "hey whats your name? o thats nice lets go look at this apartment." attitude that didnt even help their case. And oh my god what a shit-hole apartment how can people with in a run down motel room? Hell a hotel room is 2x the size and comfortable than that. Just a disgusting place.
The apartment was disgusting. The bath tub recoat was cracked and had mold and mildrew growing in the cracks. Caulking in the bathtub was moldy. The kitchen cabinets were is disrepair, and I could smell the neighbors cooking. Everytime they cooked broccoli, my apartment smelled. I moved out after 4-1/2 months. I would not receommend the Hamptons. Rent somewhere else!
