I signed a 13 months lease at the Hamptons n the lady said clearly if I signed a 13 month lease I get to free months off. .when I got to my free months off no notes in my door. N they just gave me a 24 hours notice to evict me they r scrams
Don't rent here especially if you have kids. Police presence all the time. There ac units are old, washer & dryers old. They are back ordered on window screens. Tennis court & basketball courts have no nets. Drug dealers & people looking in your house all the time. The wall you share with your tenant they can steal your cable. Trash everywhere. Nancy the manager will curse @ you if you ask for the management's info. Been here since 4/2015.
Worst apartments ever..... I have lived here long enough to tell u people break in to ur apartment and shoot guns outside the windows were your heads lay.. People say they work for companies they dont just to steak out ur place.. The manager here will have no sympathy for you what so ever.. Its become a jail cell. I dont want to come out of my place but at the same time i dont want to stay in my place.. If you move here ur screwed know that..
I live at the Hampton apt. They are not very nice. We have had a shooting, a stabbing and multiple police visits. Drugs are being sold and the criminal element loiters the property at night. The security either hides or goes home because they are no where to be visable (yet we are told that we have security). NOT! I have had over 10 documented repairs needed. Most of the repairs were not repaired for four to eight weeks. They were done only after I called and went to the office several times. I had no heat for 45 days in win... read more
