I used my roadside assistance through my auto insurance so they dispatched Hampton's Wrecker Service to unlock my car and change my flat tire. The guy was very polite, courteous, and arrived quickly after being notified! Great experience and thank you again!
The brakes went out on our truck this evening at the intersection of hwy16/hwy150. AAA dispatched Hamptons. When the driver called, he asked where in Maiden I was. I told him where I was. About 15 miles from down town Lincolnton. I was told they would call AAA and have my call dispatched to someone else because they don't go that far. I waited another 45 minutes for a gracious and wonderful driver out of Gastonia! With ABC Towing! What a bunch of lazy jerks to leave people on the road 15 miles from them!!!
Had to use Hamptons a couple days ago. Great quick service. Thanks guys. Appreciate it.
DO NOT USE HAMPTONS WRECKER. They are my local provider with Triple A and told triple a the road conditions were too bad to drive tonight. Out of curiosity because I knew roads were clear I called them and they were willing to tow for cash or credit payment until they were made aware that I am a triple a member. They then said that they only had one driver and he said he was not going to Charlotte for a triple a account. ONLY for cash or credit. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES.
Five stars all away for these people they've came out numerous times for me over the past few years always courteous and professional.
