They have the answering machine set to say “there’s a high volume of calls” but whenever I go in there they aren’t doing anything. If I could switch to a different office I would.
Not understanding what’s going on is extremely frustrating, and honestly, I see why people get upset with how things are handled. My wife and I just had a newborn and had our first doctor’s appointment on Monday, 5/14/25, to check on the baby and update the formula. We were told someone would call us back that same day, but no one ever did. We followed up the next day to check if the card had been updated—it hadn’t. They literally never answer the phone I just needed to update my phone number for my appointment! It’s so frustrating. What’s even crazier when you walk in they don’t be busy.
