This facility is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. NASTY!!!! BED BUGS!!!! MICE!!!! disgusting. The owner hire nothing but family and drug users and they all mistreat the residents. The owner does nothing but collect money she do not care about none of the residents. She have random men who are not certified changing female residents. This place do not feed these people and it is filthy. There are people living here that are not even sick or elderly. They got bed bugs real bad & residents are poorly tooken care of and not only half of the staff is not even certified
Love the Residents Their what they have very low poor management I feel sorry for the residents there they bed bug Infested the place is Dirty stuff don't Hardley work there the rooms is nasty the manager let 3rd shift go to sleep on the residents so residents fall thru the night and she tried to blame it on 1st and 2nd shelf her name is sharon Butler. she don't have compassionate for the residents she argue with the Residents talk down to them its just uncomfortable place to work at.I think they paying the state off cause t... read more
