Disorganized administrative staff sent me on a wild goose chase. Told me my appointment was in Hampton when they scheduled it in Portsmouth. Didn’t receive the intake paperwork informing me of this until 10 minutes before the appointment so I was sitting in their Hampton office. The Hampton office has a different name on the door. There was no front desk staff to assist me when I arrived. I ended up walking out, as it was a complete waste of my morning.
