I genuinely enjoyed living here and had a positive experience during my time as a tenant. The apartment itself was nice and I had no major issues while residing there. However, my experience changed when I needed to move out. I provided over 90 days notice and even offered to pay three additional months after vacating in order to be released from the lease. Enjoyed how secluded the community was from the busy roads around it. Was there for less than a year, and unfortunately had to move due to military orders. Provided MONTHS notice verbally and via email (no response there), and physical orders when they were printed and given to us. Because the physical copy wasn't 30-days notice, our account was sent to collections and forced to pay rent for the month we weren't even in the apartment. I lived here for a year before purchasing my house, we had our ESA dog and our other dog here. It’s safe, quiet, pretty and well maintained. Snow was a little tricky and the ESA got a little push back but other than that I was happy here and recommend it to anyone I talk to looking for an apartment.
Do your research before moving here! Other than the fantastic maintenence team, there are many issues that don't get addressed. Living next to Target and the noise created by having its as a neighbor is out of control. The town doesn't do anything about it and the apartment complex initially will express a concern, but fail to follow through after an initial concern.
