Bought a house and have had them since march of 24’ they came out the first time I called and I agreed to the visit every 3 months. It’s been close to year and that was the only visit I received no calls for another service to schedule, nothing. Called them just last month to figure out why and schedule again, we agreed to a visit, put me on the schedule and thought maybe the system just got screwed up. No visit. This e-mail is to express my anger and frustration of the current situation I find myself in with Hampton Roads Termite and Pest. Ref the attachment for estimated repairs to my home at *** ******* **Chesapeake which I am selling. The extensive damage to my home spelled out in this report and estimate could not have happened overnight. They have been servicing my termite and pest needs at my home for over 20 years.
