My appointment with Dr. Hill was good. Dr. Aldridge did not listen to anything I said and they did not look at the images I brought them. If they had I may not have been dismissed like I was. I will not be going back to see him again. The surgery scheduler is rude and extremely unprofessional. I have left multiple messages and none were returned. Dr Cavazos is an excellent doctor. He is kind and respectful and very attentive & professional and so is his Staff I recommend him and his staff to everybody.
By far the worse office visit. Appointment was for 3:45p. The waiting room was packed. 4:50p as I’m writing this review, I have yet to be seen. Don’t know why they over book, or space appointments 15min apart. I’m not retired and work nights so I don’t have all day to hang out. I would seriously advise everyone to find another orthopedic option. Updates: 5pm office is closed and yet to be seen.
Extremely disappointed with this place. Very unprofessional, never showed me my xrays, never called me back when I inquired about an mri they never scheduled. Doctor did nothing to help me find a solution to my excruciating back pain besides saying my options are pt or an mri. He never looked at my back, just sat in a chair.
