2nd appointment. 1st was made to wait 30 minutes. Whole appointment took over two hours. Today: Arrive 15 minutes early Now 20 minutes past appointment Haven’t even been called back by the nurse Receptionist is rude TV channel is annoying Find any other practice!!!!
Office was running 30 minutes behind at the very start of the morning, before seeing any patients. Front desk associate was incredibly rude when questioned about timing for the appointment. Turns out, they had a scheduling system issue and the doctor was just waiting to be told patients were in the waiting room. If only the front desk had the ability to relay this information to the patients....which they chose not to. My appointment with Dr. Hill was good. Dr. Aldridge did not listen to anything I said and they did not look at the images I brought them. If they had I may not have been dismissed like I was. I will not be going back to see him again. The surgery scheduler is rude and extremely unprofessional. I have left multiple messages and none were returned. Dr Cavazos is an excellent doctor. He is kind and respectful and very attentive & professional and so is his Staff I recommend him and his staff to everybody.
By far the worse office visit. Appointment was for 3:45p. The waiting room was packed. 4:50p as I’m writing this review, I have yet to be seen. Don’t know why they over book, or space appointments 15min apart. I’m not retired and work nights so I don’t have all day to hang out. I would seriously advise everyone to find another orthopedic option. Updates: 5pm office is closed and yet to be seen.
