Recently I represented buyers that were purchasing a home from Situation Solutions. Typically companies similar to this one can be difficult to work with and the workmanship is often questionable but that was not the case here! Robert came out to meet us at my mother's house. We walked around talked, I told him what the family wanted . Robert got back to me with a more than fair price. I had to tell him that my niece wanted to buy it , he told me if things didn't work out give him a call. A month later, I called him back his offer was still good and everything was taken care of .
