Doctor Knight has been incredibly patient and kind with me. As someone who struggles with mental health and public and social anxiety I feel really heard and protected here. I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I injured myself 2-3years ago, it hadn’t healed properly so I finally decided to get a PCP to address it . I was told to get a MRI and X-ray at Sentara Leigh and was instructed to follow up later. However, during my follow-up appointment, she still hadn't received the results after a week and couldn't offer any pain medication or a note for light duty, despite my condition preventing me from doing my job efficiently . I can’t say enough about this practice. My wife started as a patient and I came shortly after that. The staff have always been polite and courteous every time I call or come in. I felt like NP Knight is an amazing practitioner. She is funny, sincere and caring. I would recommend my friends and family to this practice that’s how much I trust them. I am glad to have found this office and look forward to continuing my care with them.
They'll be very kind and personable your first couple of appointments, afterwards you'll struggle to be listened to. I'd recommend somewhere else for primary care, but don't currently have an alternate suggestion.
