This office has horrible customer service, the front office is unprofessional and inconsiderate. If you want to have bad service go here, otherwise find somewhere else. Truly needs a zero star option.
I’m so glad I took a chance despite the poor reviews (which, btw, were targeted toward an old doctor no longer associated with the practice). My first visit was last year and Dr. Piotrowski is consistently amazing! She has excellent bedside manner and she’s thorough. Her staff is also professional and kind. I highly recommend!
My husband broke his third toe early yesterday morning and we went to urgent care and they told us to follow up with a podiatrist. They didn't do much at urgent care but wrap it so we wanted to find someone quickly. After calling more than 5 offices, we were able to get an appointment within a few hours. I really liked my doctor, but the rest of my experience has been terrible. For one thing, I have yet to speak to a human. Optum tried to get hold of them with a question about my prescription and got no response, and finally asked me to try. I left a voice message AND a message on their website and got nothing. Therefore my prescription was never filled. Now I need to cancel my follow-up appointment and left two voice messages asking them to call me back to acknowledge that they received my messages, and of course have gotte... read more
Their online bill pay system is terrible, and they don’t answer the phone for bill pay either. Good luck trying to pay your bill.
