Dr. Oppenheimer is a very caring and patient doctor . He spends time with you and explains things to you and you never feel rushed .

They called to tell me my appointment was cancelled next month and offered to reschedule for November. I explained this didn't work with my insurance and I have issues that must be monitored. I am looking for a new doctor now.

I had an appointment yesterday at 1:00 and was called back around 1:45. There is always a waiting room full of people. I had to sign some papers about a new procedure, I believe it is called refraction. It stated if you have to have it the insurance would not cover it. When I got ready to check out the lady told me it would be $72. I ask why so much. She said $40 was copay and $32 was the test that insurance wouldn't cover. After having eye problems for a while now, I was referred to this office to see Dr. Oppenheim. My appointment was at 1:50. I got to the office at about 1:20 in hopes of getting in a little early so I could get to work on time. However, I wasn't called in until around 2:20. After moving from one waiting room to another, I ended up just getting in to see the doctor at 3:45 ish.
