RecommendedThe staff was very attentive and helpful .Dr Woodward is a amazing Optometrist and a very good practice in general all the way round.
I just won't be back. the staff seems real lazy and not willing to help the customers and quick the pass you off on somebody else. and the price for the eye exams are double where I can get it right up the street I paid $75 for my exam for my children it would be between $150 and $130 no thank you
It's very horrible there now they have another doctor that resigned so the waiting list is till December smh
Been waiting here for over an hour now just to be seen because I think I've scratched my eye somehow. They sounded so concerned on the phone, wanted me to come in early (my appt was at 2:30) in case they need to send me to a specialist and now it's going on 4 and offices will be closing. ���
DO NOT EVER Go here....finally left after waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes and never saw the doctor. Horrible Horrible Horrible. They better not even try and bill my insurance.
My appointment was at 2:30. My eyes were dilated at 3:00. I sat until 4:20 and never saw a doctor. My time is just as valuable and if the average appointment time is 2 hrs. Then something is wrong with scheduling, can you say overbooking!!! Never and I mean never will I patronize Hampton Roads Eye Associates again!!!
