Everyone in the office was pleasant and very helpful. Dr. Jacobson listened to both my husband and me and answered all of our questions. He even made a suggestion about my allergies, which I wasn't in the office for, that will help manage them.

I needed to see an ENT asap. I was able to get scheduled within a week with Dr. Lindsey. Once I arrived I was greeted by the most cheerful and helpful reception team. Then when Dr Lindsey came in his whole demeanor was awesome. It was like speaking to an old friend. He was clear and concise with what was going on and what I needed to do next. Very pleased with my first meeting with Hampton Roads ENT and Dr Fred Lindsey.
From the time I walking in my appointment at 9am, within 5mins I was seen, within 10 minutes I was seen by Dr M Jacobson, he spend time talking with me about my sinus infection. Prescribed by medication,, I was extremely please with the outcome. I have been seeing Dr Jacobson for more then 10 years and I never had a bad visit. Thanking the staff was well
