Unfortunately, i can’t rate their care because i had to cancel my appt upon arrival because they not only wanted my $65, confirmed copay they wanted me to pay them an additional $200 deposit!!! I’m a care coordinator and I work for an insurance company for 10 years and i have never heard a policy like this. I have sent dozens of patients here and now i have to be cautious.
They were professional, personable and caring. Marissa was awesome while she administered my allergy test. Great attitude produces gratitude and I am thankful for her kindness. Additional staff showed a caring attitude of compassion. When people go to the doctor they want to be seen as a person not just a number in the process. These ladies nailed it!!
Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!
