I’m writing to express my serious concerns regarding the service I received at this auto shop. I brought my van in for a routine state inspection, but I was informed that the steering wheel rods needed to be replaced and that an alignment was required—totaling over $500. This immediately raised red flags, so I declined the service and took my van to another reputable auto shop for a second opinion. State inspection
Charged $168.97 four a diagnostic fee. Then was told on top of that it would be 840 dollars to fix her car .thank God her uncle was in town and changed out a $20 part.
My experience was great from the tow to the repair. Nice people, great job on the repair and a reasonable price.
